We need your help. The City of North Las Vegas is conducting a Livable Centers Study for the Deer Springs District. Livable centers are vibrant walkable communities that include transportation options, multiple housing choices, healthy lifestyle amenities, increased economic activity and better access to jobs and services.
The Deer Springs District is approximately 2.5 miles in length, running from Commerce Street to Pecos Road and extending a ½ mile on either side of Deer Springs Way.
Help us create the vision of the Deer Springs District. We’ll use your feedback to create conceptual plans to share during the next phase of the planning process.
