Utility Bill Payment Options

The City of North Las Vegas now offers eight (8) ways to pay your utility bill. Click on one of the following links to learn more.

            Online Payment on City website:

The City now offers electronic Utility bill payment on the City's website. To make online payments, a valid Visa or Mastercard is required.

Online Payment by Bank:
Many banks and bill processing companies are on the Internet and allow for bill payment to the City. In particular, many banks offer online bill payment services free of charge to account holders. Check with your bank to determine which options are available.

E-Bill:
The City’s Utilities Department now provides customers the option of an easy, environmentally friendly and cost-effective electronic billing service.  The new feature known as “E-Bill” is a free, paperless billing service for the City’s utility customers.

City utility bills may be automatically debited from your bank account monthly through Direct Debit. Funds are withdrawn from checking or savings accounts within fourteen days of billing. Signing up for Direct Debit may be done in person at the Utilities Department with a blank, voided check or online. For more information, please contact customer service at (702) 633-1484.

Convenience Pay:
The City has teamed up with Western Union to make paying your utility bill more convenient for our customers. Customers can pay their utility bills at any Western Union Payments Service locations, providing extended hours and more options for immediate bill payment. Click on the Western Union logo below to find a location near you.

In Person:
Visit the Utilities Department at the new, LEED certified City of North Las Vegas City Hall.

By Mail:
Your monthly utility bill includes a payment envelope and remittance slip. Simply follow the instructions on the utility bill and mail your payment in the payment envelope with the payment remit slip. Please do not staple or fold the remit slip.   Mail payments to:

Customers can pay their utility bill by contacting Customer Service at (702) 633-1484 via phone. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. 

Drop Box:
Utility customers can quickly drop off utility bill payments in a convenient drop box located at 2829 Fort Sumter Dr.
