Tropical Breeze Community Park
Description The park site is located on the west side of Carroll M. Johnston Middle School, bounded by Tropical Parkway, Bruce Street, and El Campo Grande. The park will feature 3 large lighted soccer fields, playground with water spray pad, restrooms, parking, shade shelters, rolling turf, drinking fountains and other accessories.
Schedule Construction Started July 19, 2010 Construction Completion as of 12/2/2010 approximately 50% Park Tentative Opening Summer 2011.
Funding Funding for this project has been provided by the Bureau of Land Management through the sale of public lands as authorized by the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act.
