All City-owned parks are available for large special event rentals such as weddings, corporate outings and other theme events. Large event rentals must be made 60 to 120 days in advance based on size and scope of event. Fees for these types of rentals range from $75 to $300 per hour.

MOBILE STAGE
Are you looking for a stage to host a concert, a special event, a company picnic or even
your own community gathering? Well, the City of North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Department has a great, fully equipped mobile stage to suit your needs! Along with the mobile stage, we also can provide sound, lighting, generator and our highly skilled technicians. Multi day use discounts offered. PARK-COMPLEX/FACILITY RENTALS
Picnic-Gazebo:
These gazebos are ideal for family birthday parties, baby or bridal showers and other small events involving less than 100 people. These reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance. Fees are $75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and $100 refundable
cleaning/damage deposit.

Currently, gazebos in the following parks are available for public reservations:
            (2) in Flores Park - 4133 Allen Lane
            (3) in Desert Horizons - 3750 Simmons Street
            (2) in Nature Discovery Park - 2627 Nature Park Drive
            (1) in Goynes Park - 3909 W. Washburn Road

Large Event-Multi Day Use:
These reservations are ideal for family reunions, weddings, company picnics, school functions, or other larger events involving more than 100 people. These reservations must be made at least 60-90 days in advance depending on size and scope of the event. Fees are $75.00-$300.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit will be determined upon application submission and review.

Non-Profit Users:
Non-Profit Organizations are granted park reservation priority through an allocation process. A 50% reduction will also be granted on all reservation fees, if a copy of the organization’s federal 501 C-3 document is submitted. Discounts do not apply to deposits, staffing, or any additional fees that may apply.

*Allocation Process
a) Notice of meeting date, time and location will be released on December 1.
b) Allocation peak reservation months, March 1-November 1. non allocation months,     November 2-February 28.
c) Applications will be time stamped in the order received and granted based on the     applicant’s request no later than January 30.
d) Non Profit Organizations may only request one reservation date per calendar year.
e) At the conclusion of the allocation process, all unreserved Park-Complex Facilities will     be released at a first come, first serve to the general public.
f) Requests may not be accommodated, as a result of city programs, school district     programs and/or holiday/high demand weekends.

The City of North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation does not supply water and or electricity access for any reservations.

Jumper Policy:
Jumpers and bounce-houses are welcome at City-owned parks as long as the reserving group obtains a park reservation contract through the reservation desk. Jumpers must be provided by a company who holds general liability insurance naming the City of North Las Vegas as an additional insured up to $1 million per occurrence. Companies may not utilize stakes to secure the jumper, no exceptions.
