EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM (ERP)

The Emergency Repair Program (ERP) provides assistance to low-income homeowners within the City of North Las Vegas. The program is designed to improve substandard living conditions of single-family residential properties. Substandard conditions include those posing a serious threat to the health, safety or welfare of the household or affecting the immediate livability of the home. Emergency assistance shall be granted based on the following:

  • Priority and eligibility of emergency

  • Applicant must own and occupy the property for a minimum of one year prior to submitting an application to the program

  • Total gross household income is within the annual income level as determined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The current guidelines are as follows:
