EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM (ERP)
The Emergency Repair Program (ERP) provides assistance to low-income homeowners within the City of North Las Vegas. The program is designed to improve substandard living conditions of single-family residential properties. Substandard conditions include those posing a serious threat to the health, safety or welfare of the household or affecting the immediate livability of the home. Emergency assistance shall be granted based on the following:
Priority and eligibility of emergency
Applicant must own and occupy the property for a minimum of one year prior to submitting an application to the program
Total gross household income is within the annual income level as determined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The current guidelines are as follows:
