Strategic Budget Priorities Process
The City Council in June appointed a 9-member steering committee to help develop strategies for budget reductions, service efficiencies and cost recovery over the next few months as the City puts together its Fiscal Year 2011-12 budget.
Committee members include residents and business owners who live and work in North Las Vegas. Below is a detailed list of members and their appointing City Council member and/or community group.

The committee has held several meetings and will continue to gather information as each City department presents its functions, budget and proposed cuts. The committee will make its final recommendations to the City Council on October 6, 2010.
