The Administrative Services Department consists of General Services and Information Technology divisions.

The General Services division is responsible for performing internal support functions that keep other City Departments operating, and it contributes to the overall functionality of City-owned facilities and equipment and ensures timely communication among the myriad operating units located throughout the City.  The division includes Building Maintenance, which includes Building Custodial Services, Fleet Operations Division, the Design & Print Center, which includes the Mailroom.

Information Technology (IT) provides computing services to the City and is responsible for purchasing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software for all City departments. The division also provides user support and training, installs software applications, and seeks out and implements technologies to insure the most efficient delivery of services to both internal and external customers.
